Another CJ Home

As promised last week here are some photographs of my Make a Birthday Card CJ. The idea of this CJ is to offer me a little inspiration when my mojo has wandered off somewhere and I need to make a card.

The original post and my pages are HERE.

OK then, here we go.

Thank You!

Whoops, scrapbooking has been put on the back burner at the moment as I just don't feel like creating anything, however, half term was catching up with me and I had to make a teacher present and card.

EJ's teacher happened to mention she was an avid reader, much like myself and I decided what better way of saying thanks for a particularly brilliant teaching year than to make her a bookmark.

Instantly I fell in love with this little duck holding a daisy, so I spent many a morning camped by the window cross stitching and I'm pleased with how he (yes hes a he) has turned out.

I also made a 'Thank You' card which I took inspiration from an old copy of Card Trends.

Supplies: Woodware card base, Kaisercraft bling, Hampton Arts stamps, Cuttlebug embossing folder Swiss Dots, Spellbinders labels and various scraps of cardstock.

I'll upload photos in the coming week of my CJ which arrived back home last week.

EVERYBODY UNO!!

Christmas time in our house is always Uno time, we love the game and my eldest son was busily opening another Uno spin off... this time Uno Extreme in 2008.
I'm not a big fan of scrapping Christmas but I have to admit I quite liked doing this one even though I seem to scrap all my winter & Christmas photographs during blistering hot weather!

Supplies: Bazzill cardstock and Just the Edge, MME Be Merry patterned papers, Spellbinders nestling star dies, Jolee's Christmas decoration, Papermania HoHoHo clip and Making Memories sparkly red alphabet letters.

Until I scrap again,
